Well, it's not only about the MES members but for others as well. Just a piece of information that's all, which can be applied everywhere.    

As for the MES members, I would also suggest that they read the MES FAQ first.

I saw that a while back.  I got a huge urge then to post it all on my computer science classes forum.  

eg:how do we use the email?
answer i really wanted to give:"http://students.anu.edu.au/StudentITGuide/7pcsetup.asp?mi=37"

^ this would be the help... student email help section of my unis student page.  the student page is the homepage of our browsers.  :rolleyes:

hmm, i actually do link to that section when i need to, in fact the reason i wrote the "i'm having xxx problem with windows" section was purely so i could link to it in seconds if i wanted to...
