Because vBulletinBoard has an actual helpdesk, and it converts UBB perfectly.
And... vBulletinBoard is much better and flexible than phpBB, admit it
Also, every lil' website in this world has phpBB, so at first I thought about yabbSE, but it didn't come with a decent converter, so vBulletinBoard came to mind. It's quite good, check a forum here.

well, probably etting on with their lives, it's been 2 months since these forums have been online, they're not still going to be checking if it's back up every single day!
anyway, face it, many of the posters here were 100z0rz and 5|<r1pt |<16633z anyway, so you're probably better off this way for a while.
