Kat:
I wanted to let you know that i stuck my RAM in another computer and it worked fine with no freezes in Windows. And i put the stick of RAM in the computer that is working in my computer and still got freezes.  I disconnected everything except my keyboard, monitor, and Harddrives and the same happens. Now, the BIOS will load, but it won't load the Operating System. The harddrives are error-free because i checked them yesterday with the manufacturer's check disk. I think it is the motherboard or the processor that is bad because i have checked everything else. By the way, thank you so much for responding to my problems.   :D

try switchin the processor then.

hmmm ... if it's not the RAM it is indeed probably the processor or MB. The only time when I had similar freezing problems was when I didn't insert a stick of RAM correctly, it gave me the same freezing problems.

Good idea, however both computers use different processors(AMD and Intel). The processor seems fine, so i ordered a new motherboard and hopefully that will be that. Thanks for all help.
