Yabb (http://www.yabbforum.com/) looks very interesting to me, but it hasn't got a convertor to convert UBB to Yabb.

shame everybody else replied, i was going to get out my BOFH excuse chart and say the sig takes so long to change because of a reccurent redundant flux in the replication configuration on the server, caused by excess polarisation in the kernel. In factyou might have noticed other effects of this polarisation such as the clock on the site being off slightly.
