I dont think there is enough life to do that ever!

you'd ave to hire a lot of people to catalogue all those flaws, and get them to check each other's work, since one man's flaw is another's 'enhanced feature'.

OR
What you could do is get a million monkeys, and sit them all down at intel PCs running windows and log their output. It would eventually resemle a complete flaws list for M$' entire range of products! also you would get a free copy of the complete works of shakespeare to boot!  :D
