what Linux Company you think is the most shady?

Lindows seemed to be able to defeat MS in court when they were sued for copyright infrigement; I wonder what the settlement was? That ALONE would make me leery of Lindows!

It was actually a "trademark" case, not a "copyright" case. M$ didn't have a leg to stand on really, just more bullying. The outcome was that Lindows got to continue to use the name "Lindows" and "lindows.com". If there is more to it than that anyone can add to it...

Probably the worst thing that could happen to Linux and OSS by most indications. Here is their web site: http://www.lindows.com/

when you fill out a form on their site, you must check a box that confirm that you know that lindows is not associated with Microsoft.
If you sign up as an insider for $100 you only get the click and run program for two years.
