well i found that you need to do ftp://[email protected] and also, that seems to just give me a 'Directory listing of /', how would one actually upload using a browser?

Master of Reality:
yes... replace ftp.netfirms.com with whatever they said in the email they gave you and replace username with the username in the email.

to upload things with a broswer you click file>upload

doesn't work in phoenix. i'm not surprised actually. i take it it works in mozilla and IE though?
