sarcasm noted, but i take issue with your saying that that's what it implies. actually 'windows pc' implies a PC running microsoft windows. you are correct that that's not what it means, but it's about 2659% better than saying 'PC' and optionally 'YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN YOU RETARD' without using the word 'windows' anywhere in the phraseology...
