And I don't mind using a Win98 boot disc, cuz it doesn't crash, at least I don't think so.

There's this program I use called LXpic (dos) and all it does is display graphics files. I use it on a  486 with no hard drive and I use it to test cheap monitors that I want buy. If they can't handle a Trident 9440, I don't buy them.

What other cool programs fit on a floppy? Preferably Linux.

If you're curious, at least it's not Windows...
