I try to use swearing to highlight emotion or signifgance. I also realize the importance of being rude/crude without saying the F word everytime you need swearing. The most important thing is whether your potty mouth is directed at people(particularly non-winoid MES members) when your mad at them, or just general. It is ok to use the F word for every day usage, just in uncommon doses.
