Well Calum can't help out more than to say that:

He is of course using a proxy which uses Exodus as the ISP, which is part of Cable and Wireless. The faker is probably located in North Carolina, USA or is nearby to that state. And the e-mail for abuse can be found here.

The proxy appears to be provided by An internet research company, who don't like good browsers.

The proxy appears to be proxy.ia2.marketscore.com.

I have no idea if this helps you in anyway. Sometimes the abuse people actually contact you back.
