Ya, interesting to how Xerox sold that funny GUI idea to Apple back in the day. To bad THAT never caught on

Actually a disgruntled Xerox employee stole the code for the GUI and became an Apple employee, least if I remember correctly. When Apple threatened to sue M$ over the GUI thing Xerox told Apple that if they did they would be sued by Xerox.

Nope thats an urban legend I am afraid. Apple DID in fact sue M$, the suit started at Win32 and ended when Apple hit financial problems. They forced M$ to settle by buying nin-voting stock, and releasing Mac versions of their software.
