Isn't MS ISA Server an NTLM proxy?  My school uses it and Mozilla works fine.  (Even on Linux)

i don't see why you would want to test your site on Ie though, unless i suppose, you are doing work for a client. if people moan that your site doesn't work in IE, get them to upgrade to what's known as a web browser. there are plenty around.
