XP Starter Edition won't run on P4's or Athalon Chips.  They deliberately write code to prevent it from running on these chips.  

Aside from being utterly stupid, a purposefully crippled OS is insulting.

Hey, developing countries, Linux doesn't care what hardware you run on.

Microsoft are retards for no making able to run on athlon or P4 chips considering i doubt Windows Cripple will even run right on a 500 MHz geode.
