Trouble with UT2004 on Fedora Core 4

Lead Head:
i get the folowing error when i try to run UT2004,

error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

ok, i will try to figure this out but i know i will fail, oh well:(

That solution will only work after he installs libc++ in /usr/local/lib...

But hey, that wouldn't be a bad way to start, would it?
