Help with VNC server on FC4

Lead Head:
I installed Real VNC (latest edition) on a FC4 machine, VNC Viewer works but VNC server wont, the terminal pops up than exits.


Here are some details

Gnome
650Mhz Athlon
420MB of ram (give take)
TNT2 Model 64 video card 32MB
6GB HD
100MBps linksys etherenet card
