He's big into the Sony-rootkit thing. Saw a few of his posts on Slashdot.

Let's boycott Sony ... I'll never buy one again and won't reccomend them to anyone either. I'll buy panasonic laptops from now on, and build all my PCs myself

Yep. If someone tells you that Sony BMG and Sony are different companies and you shouldn't punish Sony electronics for this, you can tell them that Sony owns half of Sony BMG and are responsible for the brand name anyway. It's proper tactics to boycott Sony because of this incident, they shouldn't get away with this and every action counts.
Also, if someone tells that Sony BMG shouldn't be punished for First4Internet's product, Sony BMG deliberately chose to use it, and they knew very well of its features. If they put a rootkit on their CDs without knowing what they were doing, shame on them, it's a good reason to boycott too. Also, there's evidence that the DRM system was a custom job for Sony, and that there's a Sony insider working in management of F4I as a director. Pretty convenient having liability fall on small third party. I wonder if their financing is clean, I hope the authorities investigate it as it smells fishy.

If they wanna look clean in my eyes they better know exactly what the fuck they are doing ... if it's just 1 guy they should've cought him by now, don't tell me you can't run a 100% bullshit free business, but it takes effort and actually caring about customers, maybe a bit too much to ask ?
