Try ftp://ftp.rutgers.edu/pub/mandrake/Mandrake-old/9.0/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/drakconf-9.0-6mdk.i586.rpm (http://ftp://ftp.rutgers.edu/pub/mandrake/Mandrake-old/9.0/i586/Mandrake/RPMS/drakconf-9.0-6mdk.i586.rpm)

Or get it from the 9.0/i586/Mandrake/RPMS directory of any of the mirrors listed at http://www.mandrakelinux.com/en/ftp.php3#older (http://www.mandrakelinux.com/en/ftp.php3#older)

Right,
I didn't delete it, i simply installed it again (i saw it in install-package program and thought "hmm, why does it say this isnt installed" so i installed it again")
This cause it to not work.

Now i cannot install it :/
The link you gave me has loads of dependancies... hmm  :(

Try installing it with urpmi. You should already have the dependancies on the mandrake cds considering that was the version that should have come with it.
