That could mean that it's made by Digital Research.

Also, I don't think Microsoft could ever produce such a complex AI without at least a few BSOD's and security vurnabilities.

Especially since COMMAND.COM was for the DOS based OSes

well that gives it away
:) the Cyborg's main frame is based on some type of dos :)
maby just a shell :)
and since a good dos doesn not have a bsod
you remember when the t-1000 drove a mettle crow bar thru t-800's
power cell we sall a hud or something that was remarcably bsod like jUst being red
before he swiched to aux power :)

I think they just put that in there as a cultural reference.  People would recognize it.

Of course, that's no fun to talk about. :p
