The new Commodore 64x version is being developed!

Hardware:
Intel Atom D525 1.80GHz
4 GB DDR2
NVIDIA ION2 512MB DDR3
Realtek HD audio
2x SATA2 3 Gb/s ports
Audio, Ethernet, SD Card, USB, HDMI, DVI-D and VGA ports

Also comes with a Commodore 64 emulator from boot, and with Amiga Workbench 5.

The Intel Atom architecture is very neat. They can really fit it into just about anything.

I cant imagine that this is the same Commodore?

It's more like a netbook in the original Commodore 64 casing, with Workbench 5 and a BASIC OS emulator pre-installed.

How do you hook this up to your TV? That was the neat thing about the Trash80 and the Commodore. No need for a special monitor.

You could just carry the brains and a cable with you since most people already have a tv somewhere you could borrow.

One less thing to break, too. If the tv goes bad just get another. No need to take it apart or go to a shop to have the display fixed.
