I read somewhere that it could only run a special version of linux on the xbox. And to keep the warranty and what not, what options are there for input other than the gamepad?
-
ssh into the xbox

the game ports are just nodified usb ports. there are keyboard and mouse peripherals for the x box by the way

M$ may have "really good hardwares", but they damn sure didn't make any of it themselves. The M$ mice may have the name "Microsoft" stamped on them, but they're really made in China. They don't make the X-Crox either.

How much hardware isn't made in China or Japan? (http://tongue.gif)

Don't forget Taiwan.

In Redmond they do assemble the XBOX. But of course do not make the parts. Do not have the intelligence!

The original Microsoft Mice were actually rebranded Logitech (http://redface.gif)
