Seriously it's not a joke (although there is a hint of satire), but a tetris style game for DOS with Windows 3.1 graphics. I found it quite an entertaining game, it runs well under Windows XP, but it should work under other emulators like DOSBox or DOSEmu.

Anyone elxe tried it.
