i ran qnx 6.0 on a 667mhz celeron with 128mb ram, and it ran perfect. i love everything about qnx besides the lack of applications. instead of sitting here typing random things.. i'll just give you a few links.

I ran the qnx demo disk on a K6-2/200 and it seemed to work great. I didn't think it was unix-based, however.
