Are any of the higher-end graphics card, ala GeForce 4 Ti or Radeons, compatible with the eMac?

You need a mac version of the card.

you'd also need a degree in electical engineering and computer hardware to make it work.

the video in the eMac is integrated, just like all of Apple's consumer stuff
