Title: LCIII and apple monitor
Post by: Doogee on 1 March 2003, 14:53
Today i aquired a nice pizza box LCIII and apple cga monitor.

I went Apple>>control panels>>monitors, then set the monitor to 640x400 High res mode and restarted, y'know just to see what happens. and i boot up and the screen (like what you actually see) only uses a part of the actual glass viewing thing (the picture is small basically)
BUT now i can choose Thousands colour mode and this screensaver thing (which ive been using to test the video and stuff) runs alot faster.
how can i stretch the picture out? i looked around the monitor and there doesnt seem to be a button or anything.

The monitor says macintosh color display on the back of it but i dont know that info is really any use.

It should be a knob on the monitor. Check for trap doors...

Also, try the monitors control panel.
