I am actually speechless. Don't know if M$ has anything to do with it (wouldn't put it past them, though).
But a computer security firm sacking an officer for participating in a report that puts the finger behind a major security risk doesn't deserve the name, does it?
And the effing report didn't even attack M$ own security problems head on, instead blaming it on a mono-culture thing...
And the bit about AtStake apologizing to M$ for a report they didn't have anything to do with... subservient little limb dicks...

I'm speechless too. The job requires to be a critic towards software. And the guy did.
I guess we should continue to use security risky software and let the security advisers just play games every day instead of doing their job.

Microsoft looks more like the mob in this story. If BG is the Godfather then Ballmer is the Capo di tutti capi. The tactics described in this article is somewhat like those of the 1930

This guy will make millions (OK perhaps thousands) for being unfairly dismissed though, I reckon.
