Title: Microsoft's Shared-UK/US-Source defeats Trustworthy UN Computing

As MS software was used by US/UK while 'monitoring' emails within Kofi Annan's office, can they please be found just as guilty of spying?  Is this Winwhatwhere (or whatever it's called) in action, or a newly reverse-engineered (and newly licenced) version of sub7?
