Hah, that kind of speed doesn't mean Torrents are going to be fast ;)
I have a friend working at a cable company, and they offer 120 Mbit/s down & 10 Mbit/s up.
However, they cap torrent traffic, not because of anti-piracy issues, but because Torrent traffic aggressively destroys bandwith.
Downloading thru newsgroups is a-okay by them, the cable company employees even provide their own newsgroup server.
Btw, I can have 120 Mbit/s down if I paid
