  Paul Allen's venture, Interval Research, accuses Apple, eBay, Facebook,   Google, Netflix, Yahoo, and YouTube for patent infringement. The venture   had employed over a decade, 110 employees securing 300 patents. Some of   those companies made statements that they will vigourously fight the lawsuit.
