The first view is the simple, elegant IE9 interface; the second is what   it turns into when you add the ugly Command Bar. The third is my cheap   and nasty mockup of IE9 with a Quick Access Toolbar

My opinion: 1st pic is Excellent; 2nd pic is Not so excellent; 3rd pic is Also not so excellent!

So they simplified the interface by moving everything into the context menu?  BRILLIANT! >.<
