A nation like Tunisia would benefit from free software.

The newer versions of Ubuntu don't have the password resets they used to. I almost lost 2 VM's in Ubuntu I use occasionally because I momentarily forgot the login password. There used to be reset mechanisms available but those are gone from the latest versions.

Diginotar has been hacked by an Iranian (probably gov't official). Can't trust anyone these days.
