Post by: Xeen on 24 January 2004, 06:36
Looks like the tables are about to turn and for once, the studios will be the ones being sued. The owner of Kazaa is about to sue the RIAA and MPAA for using Kazaa software to invade users' privacy and send corrupt files and threatening messages.

Kazaa has a point there, and it has abosolutely nothing to do with copyright violation.

As if Kazaa doesn't invade user privacy. Its kinda funny, but what is even more funny is they probably have a case. Remember when they sued because RIAA was using Kazaa Lite, which is an illegal version of Kazaa?
