Title: Installation Problem
Post by: Pissed_Macman on 14 November 2003, 20:21
Unreal Tournament 2003 finally came today. When do I get when I try to install it? "You require Mac OS 10.2.6 or later to install this game." I have 10.2.8!!! It won't install the goddamned thing!!! Has anyone run into this before?

I got it to work by right clicking on the Unreal Tournament setup folder and choosing "view package contents" then going into MacOS X and vlick unreal_setup. But when it reaches the point where I have to insert disk two it won't let me eject disk one. Says it's in use. Has anyone run into this before?

How did they manage to fuck up such a simple operation as installing a fucking game? In the game pamphlet in the installation instructions it doesn't even list the same folder as the one it gives me. Fuck, this sucks ass.

It's a legitimate inquiry. I don't see why this should be deleted.
