Once again, Apple screws with its' loyal customers(which doesn't surprise me at all).

This was already posted. I think this is not as bad as people want to make it out. They were against a company selling a patch to iDVD which is, infact, a breach of copyright.

Even so, it would look bad for Apple if people started using patched up copys of iDVD to pirate movies. It would look like they encurage that sort of thing, in anycase there are plenty of 3rd party apps that will do this sort of thing.

I think it was a smart move, because it takes Apple out of the sights of DMCA fanatics.

Now, if they start installing "fritz" chips, Im gonna buy a linux box and never touch Windows or Apple again  :D

Read the article again.

Look for the words, "...Apple wants..."
