I'm sorry, that doesn't follow the predefined Aqua Human Interface Guidelines specified by Apple. Its just a shitty ass copy.

I know its a new version but why would Apple take something that looks and operates good and replace it with something that is unintuitive and shitty looking?

maybe they saw how much money microsoft got when they did exactly the same thing.
