Could someone explain why 10.2 costs $129 or whatever?  Why was the 10.1 update free and now there is now free update to 10.2?

Well basically it costs money because apple felt that their were enough new features that people would be willing to pay for them.  At first I was pissed and didnt want to pay more then $40, but after I bought 10.2 I quickly realized it was worth the money.  If you still have 10.1 I would suggest you update, its tight!

I can get it for the educational price of $65.
$69 edu price, plus another 10% off for University Staff.
LMK and I can probably hook you up.

I may just hold you to that sometime... I can get the edu discount too, but every dollar counts  ;)
