i counted the legs and got 18 legs. 18/4 = 4.5

I don't know how many horses there are but I can tell you that if you stare at the dot in the middle of this image (http://www.sillygirl.com/images/sillypictures/opticalillusions/illusion.jpg) while moving your head closer to the monitor, then farther away from the monitor you'll automatically have accepted the Paladium EULA.
