Inside an issue of PC Format there was a small booklet describing life with an "Amazing PC". A whole load of horse-shit about how windows xp is amazing. Here is a really funny quote from it.

Typical Microsoft: it's enough that it "feels" safe. It didn't actually say that it was safer. :rolleyes: Their emphasis on form over substance is so ingrained that the attitude even comes out in the words they use in their own promotionals. :eek:
Then, again, I run Linux exclusively; all M$ soft is long gone. Now that makes me feel safe: no spyware, bugware, no phone-home daemons here (so far, they've identified at least 16 in XPee), no DRM tattle-ware going through all my files, looking for suspicious multi-media files. And no problems with WinVirii (http://tongue.gif)
