can i use a pc usb thumbdrive with a playstation 2?
this is a stock PS2 and what are my options? can using just a normal normal thumb drive work?

yeah i asking this for someone else BTW.

Maybe there's a way to make the PS2 use the thumbdrive as a larger memory card.

yes annorax, thats right. a bigger, faster memory card than the normal one.

In an Xbox you can with a bit of hacking but in a PS2, sadly, no.

I did read somthing about the iPod Shuffle and GTA3 on the PS2, google that and you might get somewhere. I can't find the link (again, sorry, I read too much stuff to find it in my history...)
