Title: Make Netscape/Mozilla faster

Anyone have any suggestion on how to make Netscape or Mozilla load and work a little faster on a 500Mhz  PC with Windows 2000?
I'm not looking for "install Linux" answers. THis is for my parents computer who barely know how to use Windows.
