i know there are quite a few kde users here and i'm hoping some of u will be able to help me. in gnome, right clicking on the desktop and choosing 'new panels' lets you add a new pannel in the desktop. i was wondering how i can do the same thing in kde. i've been hunting around for a while with absolutely no luck.
