Heheh,

I could have told you this. I was using the real internet with Netscape 1.0 on my Mac in the early 90's when the wired PC folks I knew were on crap like Prodegy, and had no concept of life outside a proprietary network. But most PC users just didn't even know there was an internet at all.

(NOTE: PC user means Windoze user)

I've been around since the first version of Mosaic. Before search engines, the only way to even get to a webpage was by links or knowing the full url.

Anyone remember when there were tons of Gopher servers?
