OK Post the ONE main OS that you are running.
This is just a curiosity thing, also what browser are you using to view this site right now.
I'm running Mac OS X.1 and I'm view this page with Chimera.
Try to keep the thread as relavant as possible.

linux, mozilla

I'm currently using phoenix on win2000 (as i'm at work) however my identification is currently set to Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:0.9.4) Gecko/20011022 Netscape6/6.2
if i was at home, i'd be using phoenix, galeon or mozilla in that order of preference (probably. i uninstalled netscape, and i hardly use dillo or konqueror). and my OS would be mandrake 9.0 with linux kernel 2.4 running XFree 4 and XFce.

RH Linux 8, Mozilla 1.1

Mac OS 9.2.1 and iCab 2.8 but usually I visit MES with Netscape 4.75
-
Mac OS X 10.2.2 and Chimera, Mozilla or sometimes Omniweb. I mainly use Chimera though.
-
FreeBSD 4.7 with galeon 1.2.5/*i think*/
-
Here GNU/Linux (RH 7.3) with Mozilla.
At school it'll be SunOS with FVWM2 + Netscape or CDE + Mozilla, depending on the physical location (the old ones can't run CDE, too slow I guess).
Or Windows 98 + Netscape during Astrophysics (sigh), but I'll be too busy to go here.

What happened to choasnetos?

now --> Knoppix hdinstall and whatever konqueror comes with kde 3.1beta
usually --> RH8.0 + mozilla 1.1/konqueror

Since my ISP, for a strange reason, won't let me dial in with my linux, I'm stuck with this:
Win 95 with mozilla 1.0b
But I'd much rather have had, I've had it before, but not anymore
Mandrake 8.1 with netscape 4.76

Mac OS X 10.2.2
Chimera 0.6

win95, mozilla
I only use it whenever I burn cds. And win95 boots faster than mandrake and is faster...
..but stability. No. It's total shit. every 5 mins something crashes.

Yes, I know I contribute more when I download the beta, but the beta doesn't have the Dutch language pack :D
Oh yeah, Windows XP... I hate it, for not doing what I want, and the disability to change the operating system in the way that I want it.
It's due to my small hard-disk that only one operating system can be installed on it (+ I don't think I'll understand Slackware). If it was up to me, it would be Red Hat GNU/Linux 8.0, because I seen it before and I was very impressed.
The problem is that I have to share my computer with my family, and they love Windows XP for being so easy to use (to them anyway... some things in that OS just don't make any sense to me... too simple I guess (http://smile.gif) ). So damn, I need a new hard-disk :(
