It's 24 pages of bliss for anyone who hates the DMCA.  And the fact that an influential, typically-right-wing group is against it now only helps more.

Looks like they're stationed in DC ... maybe they have enough influence to at least tone down the bullshit put forth by the DMCA.

They certainly do have the influence.  Cato is very well respected in DC.

Good to see the right wing joining the battle against DMCA.
DMCA critisism was exclusive to left-wing progressives until now, which wasn't really helping.
