Wow! I think this is bad error.
 All icons every load are invisible. What is this? Big bug or big f...?

yep, it's fucked.

run your virus checker, but my advice is either reinstall your windows system by putting your windows CD into the machine and running SETUP.EXE from off of it, or else a much better idea, install GNU/Linux or FreeBSD instead...

does this happen every time you switch on your machine or has it only happened once?
