And of course Palladium will have bugs! It's from a legacy and family of buggy products.
Worst part is, those bugs will be in the hardware with the fritz chips :(

Of course it will have bugs. All software(including your Open Source stuff) has bugs. Don't even try saying Open Source isn't full of bugs because that would be a blatent lie. ;P

Open source software does'nt have bugs on the scale that windows has and that means being fundamentally flawed.

It has bugs, but open source software isn't full of bugs. Windows is full of bugs. So much, that it often stops operating. And that isn't good considering it is an "Operating System"...it isn't doing half the job.
