XP is to Longhorn as
Mac OS X 10.1 (w/graphite theme) is to Mac OS X 10.2 (w/colored theme)

In other words, they changed a few things, added a new features, but it will be damn hard to justify the price. I can't wait till people bitch and complain that Longhorn is overpriced!
