I got that shit too, did you also get the spam emails about every hour?

just some way to get everyone to use msn instead of trillian or mac messenger

some of us use GAIM (open source trillian replacement), but i haven't been on much recently and so i don't know if i get those on GAIM (i do use gaim for MSN chat protocol).

Gaim has no ability to send files, so I use dMSN as my MSN client in Linux.

I use gaim, and even though I blocked them, I still get the messages.  Come on M$...I'm not interested in your make spying easier upgrade, so cut it the fuck out.

yes i get them when i log on to msn, but MoR says they'll stop after Oct 15th. i stopped msn from autologging on till then.

i never heard of dmsn, but i used to use amsn, and their page says nothing about this issue, i was kind of hoping they would have a similar page to this about the whole issue. i like to know what's going on.

new version of GAIM out (0.68), i upgrade and wham! no more irritating messages!  :D
now that's a feature i bet their shitey new msn muckraker 5.0 doesn't have! autoblock messages from the MSN team!

no mac messenger is just msn but not from microsoft. Crashes every time I open a website with flash on it for some reason.
