Where there's script kiddies there's crackers, and if Canada is kiddy land, then im sure we deserve a cracker rep to. Now crackers are l33t, script kiddies are wannabes so that's kinda cool.

Although IP banning only stops n00bs. It's definitly possible to get around IP banning. And what's with banning a country? Countries don't have their own fucking IP address range, and people DO have indivdual IP addresses. I think EFnet is a bunch of incompetents.

Actually for the most part countries *do* have IP ranges. Check out http://www.arin.net for a list of ranges and what countries they belong to.

MOR, yes there are certainly the stupidist most annoying people in Austrlaia, but at least they dont flood IRC servers.
