terms of use (legal stuff)
« on: 2 August 2002, 15:31 »
say that this email site offers free email signups. You must of course aggree to their terms of service by checking a box. the actual line says
[checkbox]I agree to the terms of services as sated here
and gives a link to a page, but there is no page there and you recieve a page not found. Does this mean that they have no terms of services and when you do something against what they thought they were then they cant sue you? Or does this just mean that they have terms of services that you must follow, but you cant see them, so if you go against one by accident they can legally ban you?
